If you want to ACHIEVE results you have to increase you ACTIVITY levels. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, gain weight, the only way you do this is by increasing your current activity level. Simple right?


intake

The second step can be the most daunting for many, however it can be made simple with my help. Change to your INTAKE must occur. Most of us don’t take note of what we are consuming, so our intake can vary day to day, with no regulation on restricted calories. Many of us are over consuming on a daily basis. So we monitor our INTAKE, we eat a well-balanced variety of nutritional foods and we INSPIRE others with our ACHIEVEMENTS!

The third step is equally important as steps 1 and 2. For you to maintain MOTIVATION you must take some valuable ‘ME TIME. Taking time for yourself, whether that’s relaxing, going for a walk, taking time out from a busy schedule…it’s vital for you. You cannot focus on anyone else if you don’t look after yourself.

So there we have it, THREE SIMPLE STEPS to ACHIEVE, INSPIRE & MOTIVATE we need to increase ACTIVITY, monitor INTAKE and enjoy vital ME TIME.
